Pretty straight forward. Price is uber out of date. Sold for 45 keys. After about 4 or 5 days of trying to find a buyer.

I had a few guys who offered 30 and 3 others who offered 40. But 45 keys seemed reasonable for this INCREDIBLY out of date price. Note: it took 4 or 5 days to sell

Nah. If the sales are in keys, then the currency used should be keys.

The price was updated based off of dupes. There have only ever been dupes for sale, lol. There have been 2 for sale ever and guess what? they are dupes of each other :P.

The original price came from a clean one taht was later duplicated, also http://backpack.tf/item/2055675320 is clean.

I believe this hat was duped when butamah had it. Well over a year ago. The price suggestion, being 7 months old shows it's based off of duped prices.

The last time the one you linked was on outpost At least 4 months ago http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22215317. His buyout was also 5 buds (mine sold for 4ish in pure) so this actually supports my price update, if anything.

The latter one you link I am aware of its existence but when has it sold openly? I could find no sales for it that would be relevant for price update.

This september,You can't lower off of dupes, it wasn't duped when this hat was priced, now it is. This hat isn't ready to be updated, sorry.

One proof isn't enough

Considering it's pure I'd say you're wrong. Especially since it's an old price that's what? 7 months old? No one wants to pay 5.5 for this hat. I had trouble even getting 45 keys.

When i suggested this back then, it was still a clean version of it. Looking at the item history, the hat that i used to suggest the previous price was duped around October last year by looking at the chronological order.

Since there is a clean version still in existence http://backpack.tf/item/2055675320 , further suggestions should be based off this hat.

On the basis of using duped sales to lower the price of this unusual, I will be closing this.
