Just because they are selling for 1 Key doesn't mean they will be succesful.

You need solds to bump up a price, not sellers that are currently trying to sell the item.

This is because of the fact that I could be selling a - let's say - unique weapon for 3 ref. If everyone does that, but nobody can sell it, it means that 3 ref isn't a good price. Making a price go down on the otherhand, means that the suggested price is too high, thus making sellers at the current price sufficient proof, as it shows it does sell for less.
