This is a conservative drop because people are still selling extremely close to 2.3, but not quite at 2.3.

If it still sold at 2.3 then a drop wouldn't be needed. There's sellers at 2.24 and 2.28 but they're not solds. Personally I would go 2-2.2

Problem is, the sellers at 2.24 and 2.28 are still something, and are so close to 2.3. This is a weird one, because there technically aren't listings at 2.3 either. I'll keep the range for now, feel free to counter.
