Even now Max head goes for 40 keys - so thats around 3.5 buds at least, not saying that noone will buy buds for more than 11 keys

The long waiting time is probably to observe if this hat will go back onto the market as there isn't any evidence whether or not the owner of this hat is a collector. As it has not been relisted on outpost for the past three and a half weeks and it is 4 days away from the 1 month period.
I will give this the benefit of the doubt and accept this.
