I don't think price should be off a quicksell and just one.
Panama is 1.7. Factoring in overpay, that's 1.5 sale value.
Down voting:
1) You should probably have 2 sales
2) You didn't add overpay for the sale
3) No sales on either end of range
Yeah. He needs to have two sales on a range, unless this suggestion was very recent and he's countering.
You will need a sale at 2.2 to include that in your range
