1. It has a killstreak and he's selling for less than the listed price. That's valid proof.
2. If they're selling for less, age or bumping doesn't matter. They're asking for less than the listed price.

His "cherrypicking" is invalid. This is the only valid bits of proof on the market, and I put the buyers there to disprove 1.6-2 keys, but put the 1.6-2 keys there as support it needs a drop. The range comes from a seller at 2.6 with a killstreak which is the only valid seller atm. The only other valid seller wants 2.7 keys, but has never been bumped and is so insignificant that it would in the end be supporting my proof due to the 0.1 difference meaning nothing at all.
TL;DR . Tiny market. Proof is there. 2+2's friends r angwy
