Assuming bp.tf is right, there were 2 existing and the last one to be unboxed was in 2012. I added a third one recently.

I decided to post it up on outpost to see what I'd get for it. Since the other two owners aren't willing to part with theirs, I owned the market for this hat since there was literally no competition.

Someone added me offering anything- Long story short he ended up offering 30 buds pure to beat out the other offers. I sold it to him in the end. A majority of the traders I spoke to during the offer period agreed it was around a value of 30 assuming payment in pure.
