I like the lighting on the icon, altough this needs a drop, because I bought one for 7 keys and 10 ref a few days ago.

It was rather hard at the time but they're going for even lower at the moment. Suggestion probably had an influence and people are selling them for even lower than the suggested price as most were around 8 at the time of posting. Currently, one could argue that this is even generous.

I don't know myself. I remember a long time back when I hovered over it that it meant that the suggestion has enough up votes to pass but I could be wrong. I'd like to know as well.
