On steam market price starts from 0,19-0,20€ so with (my bad maths but girlfriend help) check it:

If 0,19 ≈ 1,22 Refined. (1 Ref and 2 scrap)

If 0,20 ≈ 1,28 Refined. (1 Ref, 2 scrap and 1 weapon)

I don't know whether the price of 2 Refined is too high.
