It's a valid question and I'm too lazy to luck up what reqeuirements it takes for something to be an event.

Well d0s 5 bud sale went in a day from the look of things and the 6 bud sale rejected an offer of 5 buds so 5 buds seems like a low price. You could also have picked higher valued sales for the high five in your suggestion but chose the lower ones instead for some reason. Two pure sales at 6 and 7 should hold more weight than the way lower hat sale so factoring all this together the more accurate price for this would be 6-7 buds. I'd suggest resuggesting at 6-7 buds and using this to price the flip as opposed to the other way around. This would also shift the weight of the price for the flip for sure from the low sales you're using to a higher range of 5.9-6.5.

I get the taunt market is limited; supply is low but demand is also very high. I tried using premium powers to do a quick bit of digging but it looks like at least half of them are still with the unboxer and all but basically these ones here haven't changed hands in months.
