They (unsolds) all say bp.tf price so their not being specific to which part of the range they are talking about, plus some people are deterred by the lack of detail on pricing.

Bp.tf price = 11.33, unless they say otherwise (Ex: low-end, high-end)

Good luck finding a guy saying 11.66 or high end.
