When raising prices, buyers are all you need. Buyers typically want to buy lower or equal to the right price, so if a buyer's price is higher than the backpack.tf price, our price needs to go up.

Except literally every price raise I have ever voted on has been based on solds... That's why I was confused.

Maybe 7 ref flat if you've proven there is more than 1 buyer for 7 ref?
