It's fine in range. Plus, Puddington (the seller in this link) will probably be the one who accepts this suggestion anyway :P

Actually, the sale at 12 seems like a quicksell. The seller was originally selling for 16, but changed it to 12 and was then sold in 2 days. A new range of 15-16 seems more accurate.
