No valid sellers on outpost, only one with no paint is an unbumped trade that is quickselling.

As of now there's 1 classified of 2 ref. 2 others are on there but they're unpainted. I'm going to say there's a lack of evidence, I mean, 4 sales? You can't really make a reliable post on that evidence.

It's actually 2 sales, and the 2 ref classified is the only valid seller at the moment. The outpost trade is unbumped and quickselling so it's not valid either. That means there is only 1 valid seller and that is the 2 ref classified. And I don't need sellers when rising. So for an item, with this small of a market, 2 sales is enough.

We don't actually know if there even was a trade in any website, the two guys doing this trade could be just friends swapping items. So he got a 1.22 hat and that's what matters
