I was scraping to find proof for my last (strangely successful) suggestion for TOD's, but now that the price has started to go down, it seems everyone recognizes it.

A bit better of a range than the current active suggestion of 7 ref, I think.

Not enough proof to push it down there, but people are starting to sell for around 6 and even under; however, the majority of trades are going for 6.66 - 7 ref at the moment as the price goes down.

There aren't too many at below 7 ref. Would 7 flat maybe be better because of the larger selling point of the item? I've never been good with ranges, so maybe I'm wrong.

Perhaps, but I think that those people will be more successful at selling, so while there isn't many of them, eventually sellers at 7 will have to lower their prices to compete. Plus, I feel there's enough for them to viably sell at that point. Not to mention the classifieds at 6.33-6.66. A page or 2 of them.
