2 sales at 4 ref in 10 months isn't really a common trading point. One of them sold at least 6 months ago, can't determine the age of the other sale

only seller on outpost though. should be fine for how rare this item is because 1.66 is definitely unrealistic

The other was roughly 9 months back. These trades are definitely too old to be usable.
