keys are being sold for 12.33-13 ref.

why is 13 ref being counted as 0.9 keys?

Key prices are all over the god damned place, first minute they were 14 ref. now they are 12~13. I can't really price anything if key prices doesn't stabilize. This is probably caused by panic sellers.
