Even then, this hat is an outlier on two basis:

1) Unpriced.

2) Minis only show it is worth for around 1~2 buds.

I made a proper mini for the disco TC in the suggestion for it putting that at 9-13. That whole sale is going to be an outlier for both hats and will not be usable.
