I feel 9 is a bit of an outlier especially since it occured when the darkblaze was priced at 12 buds thus making range 9.7-12.2

you could have rounded to 10-12,other than that it seems good

the sale with the darkblaze war pig shouldn't be an outlier based on the hat being 12 buds at the time of the trade because at the time of the trade, it was still outdated and new price is at 10 buds from recent sales which is more accurate

it's also based on the 9.7 sale, 10 sale and 12.2 sale. It also had this suggestion at that time: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5493fda5ba8d883a288b4947 which could have given the new buyer a false sense of security, so I don't think including it would accurately represent the item's price.
