The mini suggestion you used for the vivid plasma nappers is too old and shouldn't really be used. Should try to aim to use sales within 2 months for a better estimation of the worth of the hat.

Current seller for the napper's respite http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24675228 b/o 40 keys(~2.7 buds). If we take this as the price of the napper, 2.7 buds * 0.9 = ~2.4 buds.

Just through the current seller, it gives an indication that your high end should actually be your low end. I would advice that you make a proper suggestion/ mini suggestion on the vivid plasma napper's respite with more recent sales to come up with a more accurate range before you resuggest.
