No valid sale could be found on the gifted Tyrants, current trade has an offer of 20 buds. This is probably around 14 buds. So,12-15 buds seems fair for me on this unusual.
The Brown Bomber is 13-14 on the other suggestion. 13.5*0.9 = 12.2 rounded up to 12.

Postphone this suggetion, I got an offer at 32 buds PURE and Bob will make a compare price. So expect a higher most recent sale since it' essentially only 1 available for sell. (Hence why I paid 15 pure, AkA higher than the other sale)

Here itself in this suggestion, there are four sales all totaling between 12-15 buds. Say if your sale of 30+ buds takes place, then we will have a case of 1 sale to collector vs multiple sales to normal trader. While your future sale will be more recent, the fact this hat has been sold for multiple times between 12-15 buds before it supposingly resides in a collector's bp for a large amount already shows which one will be the apparent outlier. How sure are we that this hat will ever get 32 buds or anything higher than that? It has been placed on sale multiple times within the past few weeks, none of the offers ever reach more than 15 buds. Unless it has been continuously receiving offers around the 30 buds region, then we can safely say OP's sales are outliers once your future sale takes place. Otherwise, I don't see the problem with this.
I'm sure you're stating it to proof your point, but collecting offers aren't exactly proof here. However, if you do get that sale, that's a very nice profit you got there :o

So my sale will be the most recent = going to a new collector so there wont be any more sales after this for a long time.
yeah but all the recent sales are at 12-15, your sale seems like an outlier since that would be only 1 sale far from the range of the other sales

Your offer/sale seems like an outlier to me. The one you bought, it took him about a week+ to sell at 15. I gotta agree with Grim and Blaze here.

4 sales have been provided here. None are anywhere close to 32. In the last 3 months, I'm seeing 0 offers more than 20. 32 is an outlier by any measure.
Np, once I sell mine for 32+ am I allowed to make a suggestion or do I need to wait until all these are irrelevant due to 3month sale limit has occured?
If a sale 2 months old is 32 and a sale 2.5 months old is 15 with sales 3 months old at 12, I would argue 32 would always be an outlier.
http://backpack.tf/vote/id/54aa59b4b88d8898648b4fd0 - closed the bomber suggestion since it was too low. I wouldn't necessarily have an issue with a range of ~13-15 or 15 flat. You could go conservative with 15 flat. Or you could got with 13-15 if you can provide a mini for the moon tossle. That decision is up to you.
