You also need at least 2 sales (1/2 so far) there are a few recent sales out there to find.

You don't need two sales. That's for pricing an unusual. Also it did sell.

If there are no other recent sales then he does not need 2 sales. This unusual is already priced.

Also, look at the history again. Remember that history does not update immediately.

If there are no other recent sales, suggested price should be 5.9 or 6 buds flat.

All have sold within 3 months, some multiple times.

Where the hell did you get 85 keys = ~6.6 buds from?

85 / 14 (low end) = ~6.1, so there's no way you could get ~6.6 in any way.

Downvote until you fix the price.

It took him 2 weeks+ to sell at this price though.

He had a B/O of 9, got offered 99 keys pure twice (they bought something else), so I think he sold it for 89 because he was desperate. Could be something else though, but this reason seems the most obvious for now.

I took buds as 15, none on classifieds for less than 15.

Whereas 6.6 buds is 99 keys @ 15 each.

If more than 1 sale occured in the past 3 months then he does need at least 2 sales, otherwise this could possible be an outlier. + first sale should be arranged to 5.9 buds anyway and not 6.6.
