I don't see the point of going conservative here. You have unsolds at 0.22 ranging from 4 days to 1 month.
Your 0.11 can't sell his/her for over 2 weeks now.
I only have one piece of proof at .11 ref, but .22 ref is still a common trading point as seen by many of the sellers
It's so he can suggest the removal of the high end with the same proof later and get twice as much useless rep. ;)
