Why are people still buying unique versions of 1 scrap-strange weapons? I mean, if you're gonna get the weapon, get a strange one for the same price...

Because this is a banter weapon, they might not want to track stats ^,^

Prices are set by the market, and that alone... everything else like usage, gaben etc. does not matter

Good proof, thought, since you have posted, your first link at a scrap appears to have sold, the third guy closed his, and the fourth sold, and to show how fast these can sell at a scrap, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24480867 sold recently in less than nine hours unbumped, and http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24465279 in less than a day unbumped, but to a two scrap buyer, I don't know if that counts as a two scrap sale or not. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24407380 http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24375612 and http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24487490 (Young) thought are additional examples of sellers for a scrap, and proves that a scrap is still available. Buyers alone would be enough to raise this, it'll probably be easy enough to suggest at 0.22 flat after this suggestion passes.
