Classifieds contains highballers at 9 ref - 1 key, but SCM prices ($1.03 at this time) support this lower price than the higher prices found in the classifieds.

How many parts left to raise?

Gib Kills, Point-Blank Kills, Robots Destroyed, and Snipers Killed. I'm iffy on posting them, because the range of their prices are so far apart.

Point blank is still pretty easy to get for 4 ref from what Ive seen, 4 would at least have to stay in range if it does get a bump.

Ive cleared classified of 4 ref twice, and it refills back up pretty quick and easy. I alone can provide enough screenshots of purchases for a 4 ref low end, trust me.
