I thought i'd add a range on the prices, based on the last suggestion

First suggestion, and also my first unusual, if i have screwed up by making this suggestion sorry about that

I was selling the hat for 15 keys, I ended up selling it for 16, i was also offered 18 keys in items (A strange killstreak festive knife with soldiers, demomen and medics killed, a team spirit bills hat and a mann co key), also note i wasnt asked for the festive backburner, i offered it willingly
