That first sale doesn't look valid to me. Where are ze Goggles? I'm seeing a Stare From Beyond Cold Killer + a Max's for the Bonzo Marauder (and possibly some keys involved one way or the other):

There were some other items changing hands those days, too, though, including quite a few keys, so it's not clear what this trade was, and either way it involves two newer unpriced unusuals, so I don't think it works here.

For your second sale, you should apply overpay on the soldered sensei since it was offered. Making it 5*0.9 = 4.5 buds + 1.1 buds = ~5.6 buds.

With all those being said, your suggested range is higher than it should be with your high end way too high as you missed out the 30 keys.
