The previous owner purchased this hat for 15 keys pure last week. (Name in history is TeamSilver) His trade [url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24312901[/url] listed this hat as a quicksale for 20, but instead sold for 15 as proved by the trade screenshot.

These are the only sales I have found to be relevant to the time of this suggestion.
