Don't you need solds to raise a price?

If there's buyers that are above the price, then they can be used to raise.
If there's buyers at below the current price, they cannot be used to lower.
You can't use 'sellers' to raise a price, you must use 'completed/solds' to raise one.

Accepted using one piece of proof. That one piece was a buyer.
Interesting, I would assume since it's a small market for that item.. but still, quite interesting.
