And the 2nd sentence shows that duped sales could be also used when updating, but only as proof when raising the price

it wasn't sold for 25 keys pure, the other guy noticed it was duped and thats why i sold it for this - http://gyazo.com/0cb4bbfaa5d188dec0566435abfa4bf7 Buy a Life taunt was Silver Cyclone (1.75 bud) and pool party was lvl 100 although that doesn't matter. I sold it to Hanzo.

No i mean on outpost . Since its alr there , i will use 25 keys .

When i first spoke to blue wonder he siad i shall wait some days and his keys will be tradeable... like 2 days before we were gonna make the deal, he said it's duped and he won't do it, i didn't know he wasn't aware and i apologized on my mistake by posting a note that the hat is duped, a guy then added me and i sold it to him since blue wonder was no longer interested, i made the tick before he noticed it's duped and that's why it came out like this, sorry for the missunderstanding and my bad.

Downvote. The sale that you are trying to use for the suggestion is invalid, since the sale you claimed happened in fact never did. Not to mention that the sale that actually occurred is actually close to 2.7+ buds. This alone invalidates the suggestion.

That sale of yours is not 25 keys pure. As already mentioned it was sold for Silver Cyclone Buy a life (1.75 buds * 0.9 = ~1.6 buds) + Sweets + ~10.8 keys in sweets. Making this sale ~2.3 buds.
