My first real suggestion.

This thing takes forever to sell at any price, took me several days even on SCM with my price significantly lower than everyone else's. There are zero sellers for less than 4 keys in the last 2 weeks.

Less than a page of valid trades on outpost. Most are either painted or low craft.

For some reason the seller doesn't show up in the history of the heat of winter on bp.tf but it does on outpost, this is the only discrepancy.

There were more 4 key sellers that no longer have the items in their bps, I'm guessing they sold them on SCM like me because they were tired of waiting. Again, takes forever to sell at any price.

SCM supports a much higher price. (i sold mine for like $14 after fees, took a day or two)

This should be enough proof. Like I said there is less than a page of valid trades on outpost.
