This isn't the place for that. Go check the community market, the prices there are generally pretty reliable if you check the graph history.

A ton of them have parts or killstreaks. I provided all proof of non-part/killstreaks. To make a valid counter-argument, you need to show an abundance of valid sellers below 8.66.
