1. Normally it is quite hard to call a pure sale an outlier. But in this case, because there is a current seller of 8 buds for a week now http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24361159 , calling it an outlier is probably justified. Furthermore, it is relatively old now(Nearing 2 months mark)

The sale would be valued ~5.5 buds. This sale is an outlier considering the offers that the seller had.

To summarize

So sales at 8.7 buds, 7.3 buds and 5.5 buds.

Calling the 8.7 buds an outlier eventhough it is a pure sale because of the 8 buds seller selling for a week without any luck and the 5.5 buds sale willing to take 7 buds (Considered the b/o)

A range of 7-7.3 buds here should be fine.
