its really been sitting at at same price for too long, and i think 11 ref would finally balance it out and act as a point were we can decide wether we want it to go up or down again

        how so? when i started they were at around 7.33 ref, and it was fine then. but the fact that it was at 17 ref at 1 point is just too much
