That 4 ref seller is from 5 months ago.

It's a sale that got an add 2 days ago and has not been bumped since, meaning it most likely sold then.

Eh, I've got a buyer, and the guy was asking for 5 ref just a few days ago

Then he lowered it and sold, seems like that should be counted as proof of a range unless we have proof that it was a QS.
