My Trade: I bought my own for a SBTWC Larrikin Robin (Sold for a Max's Head Right after) + roughly 16 keys (when buds were 10-11). (traded him all of the keys in various trades, he trusted me and took them after they were tradable).

I've also been offered unusuals varying from 4.5-7 buds in Unusual trade servers (this probably won't matter though).

Other Owner: Was bought by the other owner on Outpost for a SBTWC Frenchman's Beret (1 of 1). (the Morning Glory Beret guy added 10 keys for the SBTWC).

Both SBTWC are unpriced so that's whatever.
Although there was a pure sale for 4.5, Dry then sold it Packrat (which you mentioned) but Packrat is reselling.
This doesn't fall under the criteria for rare hats, so ehh downvote
Recent sales on the Larrikin Robin have all been higher than 3.5. Do some research before you downvote buddy :).
It's still unpriced.
If you're so adamant, make a mini.
Unpriced on Backpack.tf, well why don't ya go look at the sales and give it a price based off of them, just as I am doing with this hat ;).
That's up to you; you made this suggestion so you're in charge of providing the sales and minis and whatever else is deemed as necessary.
I'm just pointing out what's wrong with this suggestion.
What's wrong, you simply said it doesn't fall under the criteria for "rare hats" there's 2 in the world, and it's a brand new effect. You need to do your research bud. I'm simply trying to price it.

Rare Hat Pricing goes as follows:
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.
And another thing:
"Two sales are required to establish a range on unpriced hats."
Aside from these, there's still the issue of the hat currently being resold and he's looking for 6-7 buds.
I'm looking at what the hat has sold for in the past, which ranges from 4-5 buds, I don't care if you downvote the thing. I'm simply stating that, that IS what it has been sold for. I'm simply trying to give it a price, I don't need your little "Rare Hat Pricing". Nothing is rare, you can still unbox these. I'm basing my studies off of recent sales, which SHOWS the hats value, "hat currently being resold" without any NOTABLE OFFERS.
The fact of the matter is that it's been relisted and it's currently on the market.
Also, you rejected a 5 bud offer. And it changed hands again after you sold it.
UPDATE:
I was checking the links again and (Scratch)Packrat sold his MG Frenchman's Beret for a Molten Mallard Detective Noir. The MM Noir was updated at 3.5 buds ~one week ago and Packrat offered the hat to the guy he sold it to.
There's a sale and clear counterproof to your suggestion.

He offered it because that's his favorite effect, and people are SCARED to offer on the Morning Glory Frenchmans Beret because people like you REFUSE to give it a price based on it's first sales and upcoming sales. The Molten Mallard effect is his favorite, of COURSE he's going to downgrade it he's going to keep the hat forever. Give me more proof as to why this price isn't ideal.
It doesn't matter whether or not he's "downgrading", it's a valid sale and you refuse to see that.
So are all the others.
Recent sales take priority over other sales.
And since there are other sales, there needs to be a range.
Buddy, any sales, when a new hat comes out, take priority, what are you even talking about LOL.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24316240 This sale that you deemed was sold for 4.5 buds pure was actually sold for 58 keys pure as shown here http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198061524834?time=1420099200 . At the time, buds were 14.5 keys. So 58/14.5 = 4 buds.

So you have a sale at 3.2 buds and another sale at 4 buds. Please resuggest at a range of 3.2-4 buds. Thanks.
