You'll have to make a mini, showing recent sales on it (the past 2 months) to estimate an actual price of it.
Anyway, you can't make a flat price with 2 sales (you can't take the average of them), the range could be huge so you'll have to find a 3rd sale for the outlier. (5 seems to be the outlier as RedParadox said)
Make a mini. A mini is a sale for an outdated unusual that reinforces its use when an unusual sold for another unusual. So if you find a sale for the stovepipe, you can list it and it'll be considered a valid sale
If 3 buds doesn't sell for 5 months, anything above that would just be an outlier.

Indeed. I can't list it as a sold because I don't know what it sold for, but it's no longer in his inventory, and I can still use the offers he received/declined (while he still had the hat) as proof.
You should only really need what the hat sold for. Offers shouldn't support a price suggestion as the seller hadn't accepted them.
