You cannot use only classifieds as proof. Since this is a new item, you need to go onto outpost and find trades that have sold. You can keep track of trades that have sold/closed by bookmarking them or copy-pasting them into a document.

Proof looks better, though this seller ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24556952 ) sold, and the buyer is specifically looking for level 8.

I'm keeping my eye on this, don't worry, I've switched that seller to sold, and that buyer wants to buy it for 2 ref, I wasn't aware random cosmetic levels affected prices.

that level # is just personal preference, shouldn't affect the market price.
