Thanks for the suggestion, but calling the gibus 16.5 in value is going to be a problem here. There are currently 2 b/os at 12, 1 at 14.5, and 3 at 15. It's definitely no where near 16.5 any more.

Sale values here look like they will be closer to 12, 14, 16.5, 17. But it's going to be really hard to make a suggestion since a lot of the hats are outdated including the disco gibus, moon ywn, etc. 17-19 will be high, though.
