No, I am not manipulating the price. I do NOT want the backpack.tf price of the Wrench to increase. Why? Because I am able to sell the Wrench for my desired price regardless of backpack.tf due to the low supply, and a lower backpack.tf price would allow me to buy them with a lower cost.

Edit: so why am I making this suggestion? I figured it's only a matter of time before someone makes a price suggestion and raises the price to 26 keys, so I might just as well.
