I think more items were involved, especially considering Dazzy put up this trade ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24047590 ) and said "nothing under 4 buds." However, i can't seem to find anything else that exchanged between the two users (at least nothing involving stranges or other unusuals)

I was on the same trail as you but also could not find anything as the previous owner did not offer on the trade

Yeah, it seems like a dead end. I've checked both seller's and buyer's backpacks for history of all their unusuals, stranges, and high-value items, but it seems only the Bonk Leadwear and keys exchanged between them.
