The seller is trying to manipulate I think? Because he showed his screenshot proof from the last price suggestion about this hat that he made and it doesn't match with the backpack.tf history from both owners.

When I give price suggestion to this Mohawk, it's really hard to trace and look the trade of the trophy and some of them are outlier sales too. (or I am too lazy to look at the backpack.tf history. Damn it. x_x)

Conclusion:

13.2 * 0.9 = 11.88 ~ 12 buds.

Only difference between 0.1 buds. So from what I think, this suggestion should be okay.

For your second sale, 19 pure was what he paid. He sold it with a lvl 52 max + 5 keys for the searing mohawk. It was offered here, so no overpay: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24365369. Sale value there will be ~22.

All your minis on sale 3 are fine. You don't need to apply overpay on the pure sales. Sale value will be ~26.

So sales here are at 19 (pure), 19.5, 22, and 26. I'm thinking 19-22 is closer given the guy trying to quicksell at 16. But he has again raised his b/o back to 25. It took a month to sell for 19 pure. 26 feels a bit high here, but I'll have a few other mods take a look.

I agree with polar that 26 is high here. Even 22 might be high here considering that there is a young seller selling at 23 buds for the searing plasma mohawk. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24827702 but it will be hard to determine if it is a quicksale for the time being.

In addition to that, the honcho's headgear sunbeams in the first sale is duped but it doesn't seem to have an effect on its value.

I would probably go with 19-22 buds here with the 22 buds being in the range due to the uncertainty of 23 buds being a quicksale price for the searing plasma mohawk.
