If you are suggesting a price for an item that offered on for another item,
You apply overpay on that particular item
If you're suggesting a price for the item that another item was offered on for it
You do not apply overpay on that particular item
If unsure which side was offered on,
Just apply overpay
Pure does not need to be applied overpay on
