One year outdated, using a sale that's less than 3 months due to the other two recent sales being invalid.

I'll accept this as a conservative drop. TC is a moving target and it's hard to figure out the value at the time of the sale. Currently, it seems to be 9-13. But given the other two sales at close to 16, I'm okay with this. The 170 key b/o was closer to 15-16 buds based on bud values at the time.
