      Ehh, this is tough. The 1.66 ref buyer is OK, but the 2 ref buyer is young AND unbumped. Also, no real valid sellers on outpost (most are looking for offers or have killstreak). Staying neutral for now. Keep an eye on the 2 ref buyer.
