Well, the Caribou is 3.6, so after overpay is 3.24 rounding to 3.2
The second sale as it was sold in just one day it can be considered as a quicksale, but even if we consider it valid it should be 3+ (0.2*0.9) so 3.18, rounding to 3.2
So I don't really understand where you got that range :/
He got that range from not applying item overpay:
3 buds + 3 keys in items = 3.3 buds to him (.1 = 1 key, so .3 = .3 keys)
Caribou = 3.6 buds
Did you apply overpay? ( * .9)
3.6 (Caribou) * .9 = 3.24, round down to 3.2
3 buds + 3 keys in items = 43.50 keys mixed, which results in 3.21 buds, round down to 3.2 buds.
There are none on the market, but there were recent sales that happened less than 3 months ago. I suggest taking your time and looking through those bp's, and making a better suggestion for this unusual.
You will need to apply overpay on the caribou. 3.6 buds * 0.9 = ~3.2 buds
That being said, both of the sales that you presented were sold really quickly.
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198082190089?time=1420963200 - sold for aussie RL which were going for ~5 pure even at the time (bp.tf has been outdated on them until recently)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24107189 - logo hound dog + 2 pure + aussie tomislav ~3.6 after overpay
We have three sales at 3.2, 3.3, and 3.6 and mostly pure and promos. Sales at 2 and 5 as outliers on either end. I think this is fine.
