The mini provided for the dco is just not good enough here, unfortunately. Enough doubts have been raised about the used value for that. You'll need to make a formal suggestion for that before using it here. The other issue I have with its value here is that you have multiple 1:1 trades. Vivid Veil for the DCO and DCO for this. Veil is 10.5, but this is getting valued at 8.5 due to the stacking of overpays. I think the mostly pure sale at 10.3 is a better approximation of value and that 8.5 is going to be low.

DCO value after overpay is probably close to 10. I would include the sale in your next suggestion, but just use it as supporting proof. You can link to this suggestion for its mini. We have 3 sales for it that are all around 10 in value. 10.3 flat should be fine.
