Hey guys! Making a suggestion for this Unpriced Unusual. The effect is alright, the hats fine to me, but people dislike it for some reason :c

Hopefully this becomes my first accepted unusual price :3

Outlier:

Sale b4 it reached Ceazy- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24313378 > http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24332003 which in then came to me- Brokering.

That sale consisted of a PE Beret being 1:1ed for the Noir. Beret- 2.9*0.9=2.61 buds rounded down including overpay=2.6

Tell me what I did wrong if necessary :) Hope this passes as my first suggestion.
