I can't use the sale anyway, the only possible mini I could get is bought from a scammer alt. Without the mini, this is an outlier.

I mean if you looked at my outpost for about 20 seconds, you'd see that I was recently brokering a dead presidents attendant.

with that sale, your low end is probably an outlier

for as long as I was brokering this hat, I just don't see this thing getting anymore than 16 ever again. My sale was sorta high against these sales, this is probably fine.

I think 12 is closer to 16 then ~34.
