I think you have to calculate overpay on the Sulfurous Caribbean. So 5*0.9 = 4.5 buds. So the range would be 4.5 - 5 buds? If somebody who regularly prices unusuals could confirm this, that would be great.

It depends on who offered the hat, if the Waxy was offered on the Caribbean then no overpay is needed, but if the Caribbean was offered then he have to calculate overpay
